01Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.dreams10ecommerce.com (the "Website") and your purchase of any product or service offered on it by Dreams10 Ecommerce Solution, a individual / sole proprietor owned and operated by Amjad Shabulal Shaikh, having its place of business at 298 Zopadpatti, Bhardi, Ambad, Jalna, Maharashtra 431209, India.

By browsing the Website, creating an order, or completing a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy, all of which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

This document is an electronic record published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, and does not require any physical or digital signature.

02Definitions

• "We", "us", "our" and "the Company" mean Dreams10 Ecommerce Solution.
• "You", "your", "Customer" and "User" mean any person who accesses the Website or places an order on it.
• "Products" means the garments and fabric listed for sale on the Website, including ladies dress material, stitched suits and kurtis, kids wear and t-shirts.
• "Unstitched Products" means fabric sold by length that requires tailoring before it can be worn.
• "Stitched Products" means ready-to-wear garments sold in defined sizes.
• "Order" means a request placed by you through the Website checkout for one or more Products, Digital Products or Services.

03Eligibility to transact

You may place an order only if you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are transacting on behalf of a business entity, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at checkout. We are not responsible for a failed or delayed delivery caused by an incorrect address, email address or mobile number supplied by you.

04Products, services and pricing

All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are the final, all-inclusive amounts payable. Dreams10 Ecommerce Solution is not registered under the Goods and Services Tax regime, and accordingly no GST is levied on your order and no GST input tax credit can be claimed against it. No tax, handling fee or other charge is added to the amount shown at checkout.

Fabric, contents of the set, available sizes and delivery timelines are stated on each listing and form part of the contract between us. Garment measurements are stated in inches and follow standard Indian sizing. Product photographs are taken by us in natural light and are not colour-retouched; a slight variation in shade between a screen and the physical garment is normal and is not by itself a defect.

We make every effort to display accurate prices and information. In the rare event of a manifest pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid in full. You will be informed by email or phone before any such cancellation.

05Orders and order acceptance

Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract between you and us is formed only when we send an order confirmation email containing your order ID. Until then, no binding contract exists.

We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, where the item is out of stock, where the delivery location is not serviceable, where a pricing error has occurred, where payment verification fails, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. Where an order is declined after payment, the full amount is refunded as described in our Refund Policy.

06Payment terms and taxes

Payments are accepted through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways supporting UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. All transactions are processed on the gateway's secure servers over an encrypted connection. We do not receive, process or store your complete card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials at any time.

Full payment is required in advance for all orders unless a written agreement signed by both parties states otherwise. A dated order invoice showing the items purchased and the amount paid is generated for every successful transaction and emailed to your registered email address. As we are not registered under GST, this invoice is not a tax invoice and does not carry a GSTIN. Invoices cannot be revised after issue.

Any bank charges, gateway fees or currency conversion charges levied by your card issuer or bank are borne by you.

07Delivery of products and services

Delivery obligations differ by item type and are described in full in our Shipping & Delivery Policy:

• Orders are confirmed with our supply partner the same day and handed to the courier within 2-3 business days of order confirmation.
• Delivery takes 4-6 business days to metro cities and 5-9 business days elsewhere in India.
• A courier tracking number is sent to your registered mobile number and email address on dispatch.

Delivery timelines are good-faith estimates and are not guaranteed dates. Delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, unavailability of the recipient, public holidays, or events beyond our reasonable control do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Where an item is found to be out of stock after your order is placed, we inform you the same day and refund that item in full, or send an alternative only if you agree to it in writing.

08Cancellation, refunds and returns

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment provided the parcel has not yet been handed to the courier. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Garments may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if the size does not fit, or if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description — provided it is unworn, unwashed and still carries its original tags. Full conditions are set out in our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

09Your obligations as a customer

• Provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information and keep it updated.
• Use the Website and everything purchased from it only for lawful purposes.
• Keep returned garments unworn, unwashed and with their original tags attached until the return is completed.
• Check the outer packaging at the time of delivery and refuse any parcel that appears opened or tampered with.
• Not place orders using another person's payment instrument without their authority.

10Intellectual property

The Website, its design, text, graphics, logos, source code and the Dreams10 Ecommerce Solution name are the property of Dreams10 Ecommerce Solution and are protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or exploit any part of the Website without our prior written consent.

All product photographs on this Website are taken by us and remain our property. They may not be copied or reused on any other website, marketplace listing or social media account without our written permission.

11Prohibited conduct

You must not, and must not permit any third party to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, or any data stored on them.
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms or any other malicious code.
• Use automated scripts, crawlers or scrapers to extract data from the Website at a rate that impairs its performance.
• Place fraudulent orders, use stolen payment instruments, or attempt chargeback abuse.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend access, cancel orders and report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

12Third-party services and links

The Website integrates third-party services including payment gateways, courier partners, email delivery providers and analytics tools. Your use of those services is additionally governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, content or policies of any third party.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement.

13Warranties and limitation of liability

Garments are supplied in the fabric, construction and size stated on the listing. Natural fibres such as cotton may shrink slightly on the first wash and hand-finished items may vary marginally between pieces; this is inherent to the product and is not a defect. Beyond what is expressly stated on each listing, the Website and everything supplied through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount actually paid by you for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill or loss of data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

14Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dreams10 Ecommerce Solution, its proprietor, employees and contractors against any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third party's rights, including in respect of content you supply to us.

15Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, riots, government restrictions, failure of telecommunications or internet infrastructure, courier network disruption, or power outages.

16Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jalna, Maharashtra, India.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt a good-faith resolution by contacting our Grievance Officer, whose details are published at the end of this page.

17Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operations or applicable law. The revised version takes effect from the date it is published on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top is amended accordingly. Orders placed before a revision continue to be governed by the version in force at the time of the order. We encourage you to review this page before each purchase.
