Sizes, delivery and returns — answered
How do I choose the right size?
Every stitched item lists its sizes with the chest or bust measurement in inches in brackets — for example M (38). Measure a garment that already fits you well and match it to that number. If you fall between two sizes, take the larger one. Unstitched dress material needs no size at all; the fabric lengths are printed on each listing so your tailor can stitch it to any measurement.
What if the size does not fit?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we arrange a free reverse pickup and send the correct size at no extra cost. If the size you need is out of stock, we refund you in full instead. Please keep the tags attached and the item unworn and unwashed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking from all major Indian banks, and popular wallets. Payments run through a PCI-DSS compliant gateway, and your card or UPI credentials are never stored on our servers.
Do you charge GST or any extra fee?
Dreams10 Ecommerce Solution is not registered under GST, so no GST is charged on your order. The price on the product page is the final price. The only thing that can be added is shipping of ₹59, and even that is free once your order crosses ₹999. A dated order invoice is emailed to you as soon as payment is confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
We source, check and hand your order to the courier within 2-3 business days. Metro cities usually receive it in 4-6 business days and the rest of India in 5-9 business days. A tracking number is sent to your registered mobile number and email as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
Will the colour match the photo?
We photograph every product ourselves in natural light and do not retouch colours. That said, screens vary, so a very slight difference in shade is possible. If what arrives is genuinely not what was shown, that counts as a wrong item — return pickup is free and you get a full refund.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Not at the moment. All orders are prepaid through the secure payment gateway, which is what lets us keep prices low and dispatch the same day. If a payment fails but money is debited, it is auto-reversed by the gateway within 5-7 working days — contact us and we will follow it up for you.
